Detailed conditions of recruitment for postgraduate studies

Students of postgraduate studies may be persons with a diploma of completion of at least the first degree.

Recruitment of candidates for studies is open and takes place on the basis of the order of applications and submission of complete documents. Information about admission to studies will be sent to candidates after the list of admissions is closed until October 1, 2020.

The minimum number of participants is 15 people (please be advised that if a smaller number of candidates apply in a given academic year, the studies will not be launched).

The documentation required to apply for admission to postgraduate studies includes:

  1. application for admission to studies ( download in .docx format ),
  2. personal questionnaire ( download in .docx format ),
  3. information clause, necessary for the processing of personal data in the recruitment process, as well as during and after postgraduate studies ( download in .docx format )
  4. a copy or a copy of the diploma of completion of studies at least the first degree, certified by the university. (In the case of graduating from a university abroad, the candidate submits the original of the diploma and its translation into Polish, certified by authorized institutions, as well as a document confirming the recognition of the diploma or a certificate of exemption from the nostrification procedure),
  5. proof of payment for the first semester of studies or for the entire course of study (including the registration fee) – request to be sent by e-mail to the following address: izabela_burawska@sggw.edu.pl

Admission to postgraduate studies takes place after meeting: the recruitment requirements and payment of the registration fee and the fee for the first semester or for the entire course of studies and submission of a confirmation of payment.

Information about admission to studies is sent to Candidates immediately after the list of admitted by the end of the recruitment period is closed.

  • Payment rules

    At the time of submitting the documents, a non-returnable advance (entry fee) in the amount of PLN 200 is collected. Total cost of studies:

    • PLN 4,500 for a one-time payment – PLN 200 (advance payment) and PLN 4,300 (fee for 2 semesters),
    • PLN 4,700 for installment payments – PLN 200 (advance payment) and 2 x PLN 2,250 (two semester installments).

    Payment terms:

    full payment or the first installment by 15/09/2020

    2nd installment until 02/01/2021

    Note! We issue the invoice only to the owner of the account from which the transfer is made.

    The invoice is issued each time at the request of the Payer.
